Thank you for shopping with Al Qasim Perfumes. We take pride in offering high-quality attars and perfumes. Each product is carefully packed and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal fragrances and attars), returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The item is missing from your order.

Requests for return or replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@alqasimperfumes.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used perfumes/attars

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or with discount codes

  • Personalized or custom-blended fragrances

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product verification.

  • In case of COD orders, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is requested and approved:

  • A new item will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Replacement will be subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
For cancellation requests, email us at info@alqasimperfumes.com as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Take clear unboxing photos/videos before opening completely.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
